Live Before Going Live

hello posse . . . . i wanted to pick your brain about what it means to live worship before going live with worship.  before we play a chord, sing a note, post a lyric what does worship look like?  how do you prepare your heart-the part of you that no one sees before you prepare musically?  is the platform the ultimate goal or knowing Jesus?  we must guard our hearts and our worship so that we don't "lead worship" more than we love Jesus.  if our position, our instrument or songs become more important than the Person we have missed it all . . . . muse with me EMERGE students and respond with your thoughts.
